Zach Ehrlich
Zach is the Founder and CEO at Neue Urban, a data driven real estate investment and private equity platform. He is noted for his experience in both the real estate investment world, as well as a leader in the PropTech space within New York. Ehrlich began his career on the acquisitions side of DDG, later overseeing the product development, sales and marketing of over $1 billion of luxury real estate in New York and San Francisco. Zach holds a B.A. from New York University in Real Estate and Urban Economics.

Harris Mazur
Harris is responsible for overseeing development as well as supporting the acquisition side of the business. Prior to NU, Harris worked as an Associate at 1100 Architect and is licensed to practice in NY. Harris holds a M.S. Real Estate Development from the Schack Institute at NYU as well as a B.A. in Architecture (BArch) from Carnegie Mellon University.

Noam Klemer
Previously analyst at Northwind Group; underwrote $220MM+ debt issuance. Noam holds an M.B.A focusing in Real Estate and Tech from Tel Aviv University and he is a former Israeli Navy captain.

Simon is responsible for deal origination and broker relations. He was previously an Appraisal Analyst at Rosen & Associates. Simon holds a BA in Economics from Baruch College.
